Hidden Jewel

Our historic home was built in 1929. This jewel is located in a diverse, emerging, historic area, just a 10-minute walk from downtown, and 15-minute ride to either Carolina or Wrightsville beach. The space Overall the home is just shy of 2000 sq. /ft., with four bedrooms and 1 ½ baths. The house has historic charm with refinished original hardwood floors, high exposed ceilings, and upgraded gas fireplace. There are also large windows that offer lots of light throughout the house! The living room has a Flat screen TV with cable including HBO and a new upgraded gas fireplace. Most people come to Wilmington to enjoy the experience of fresh seafood, but if you would like to cook there is a complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances available for your use. Guest access There are 3 bedrooms that are available for use. The 3rd room is unoccupied, but kept locked. The 3 bedrooms that are open for use, sleep up to 6 adults comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third room has twin beds, which is ideal for kids. All bedrooms are located upstairs and have clean linen and fresh towels. There is one full bathroom upstairs, a half bathroom downstairs and a washer and dryer for your use. Other things to note We have 2 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and fishing rods for your use. We also have 2 bikes. They are all located in the shed behind the house. They key is hanging from the spice rack in the kitchen.
