Independent room on the outskirts of Vannes

In a pretty hamlet on the heights of the Vannes basin, at the gates of the Gulf of Morbihan, you will enjoy this charming room located on the ground floor of a stone farmhouse. You will have complete autonomy to access this independent accommodation with bedroom, dining area, bathroom and private toilet just for you, not to mention a small garden area with deckchairs, table, chairs, parasol. The space You have a bedroom area with TV and Wi-Fi connection, dressing area (wardrobe and large drawers) and breakfast with table, kettle, coffee machine (coffee capsules, tea bags, infusions, sugar provided), toaster, plates, cutlery, water and wine glasses, 1 salad bowl, 1 small dish. There is no kitchen (no stove or oven), however the space is equipped with a microwave to allow you to heat up a small dish if needed. To complete the set, you will find a mini-fridge (mini-bar) whose interior dimensions are H21 X W27 X D16 cm. You will enjoy a bathroom and separate toilet, the entire studio being of course entirely private. A space in the garden with table, chairs, umbrella and deckchairs is reserved for you to enjoy the beautiful days (this garden equipment is put away in winter). Guest access Only 15 minutes separate you from the city center of Vannes and its port, 30 minutes from the first large white sandy beaches of the Rhuys peninsula, 10 minutes from the main roads (Rocades Brest-Nantes-Rennes), 10 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the shops (Saint Avé).
