Stylish loft studio with balcony & 2 free bikes

Hi! The place is a new stylish loft studio in our family house in Plovdiv. We made this space with our hearts. That's why we hope you will enjoy your stay and feel comfortable like home. :) The space The stylish loft studio is located in a family house in quiet neighborhood with possibility for free parking. The place is suitable for 4 people with one double bed and one japanese couch with tatami. There is a nice little terrace perfect for coffee or wine with view towards sky. The terrace is available for smoking. At your disposal are 2 city bikes to cycle on bike lines through all parts of the city. To city center: by bike - 15-20 min; by taxi - 3-4 euros; walking – 40 min and 20 minutes to the railway station. Guest access Guests have at their disposal the entire studio. Other things to note Please note that the place is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Please fill in the address cards as they are required by law. Please keep in mind that there is a door in the corridor which is very rarely used for storage. Only my uncle who does not have access to the studio and the toilet has access to it.
