Cozy cottage in charming Jura village

70 m2 chalet, large living room open to a beautiful terrace, located in a small village 10 minutes from Lons-le-Saunier, many tourist sites await you. The chalet is located in Saint Laurent la Roche in the municipality of La Chailleuse. Entry is autonomous (secure box) through the small French window at the terrace level. The space Upon arrival, the beds will be ready, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided. Cleaning fees are included in the rate. On the ground floor: A large open room with equipped kitchen: In the living room: a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a TV, a coffee table, a sideboard (a raclette grill is stored there), a DVD player, a chest with children's toys and lots of tourist documentation near the TV. In the dining area: a large table and six chairs In the kitchen: an induction cooktop, mini oven, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, electric mixer, all the dishes needed for cooking, cleaning products stored under the sink, fridge/freezer. Basic necessities are at your disposal: spices, salt, oil, vinegar, sugar, flour, coffee... On the counter, a pink pouch contains lots of information about the chalet and surrounding tours. A beautiful terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. In the coffee table drawer is an electric griddle A shower room: A large shower, toilet and vanity, we provide a hairdryer and toilet paper. Upstairs: A bedroom with a double bed 160/200, new mattress changed in July 2025, a baby bed, a sofa bed for exceptional use, a dresser and a wardrobe to store your clothes. A bedroom with a double bed 180/200 and a bed 90/200, a rack with hangers In the storage room, extra blankets are stored in the closet. Baby equipment: We provide a crib, bathtub, high chair and playpen. On the ground floor, there is electric floor heating that works with two controls, one near the sofa, the other near the shower room. Upstairs, the bedrooms are equipped with electric radiators. Basement: Washing machine and clothes rack A space to park your vehicle As this is a detached house you have access to the entire property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, garage in the basement. Access to the cottage is autonomous and flexible, we'll send you the code to retrieve the keys the day before you arrive. For check-in and checkout times, we adapt if possible to the requests of our guests but, for organizational reasons, it happens that the checkout is set for 10 a.m. and the check-in for 3 p.m., if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
