Saracen Trullo and pool in country close to Ostuni

Casa della Lucertola is a converted Saracen trullo set in countryside between the beautiful 'Citta Bianca' of Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica. It offers a swimming pool (new for 2017), BBQ, sunbathing and outdoor dining areas set in 3 and a half acres of olive groves and fruit trees. The property comprises the main Casa which has three bedrooms and one bathroom and sleeps 5 with an attached studio sleeping 2 with it's own facilities. Rentals can be for the whole property or the Casa only. Other things to note Min length of stay is for 7 nights. Nightly prices depend on season - Autumn (165 pounds) per night. Spring (150 pounds) per night. Summer (195 pounds) per night. Prices are for renting the main house and Studio together. Please contact us to obtain a different quote if the studio is NOT required. If only the Casa is required we will NOT rent the studio to different guests so privacy is maintained for your group. Arrival is no later than 5pm. If a later arrival is required this can be arranged and if after 9pm there is an additional charge of 40Euros plus 15Euros for each additional late hour after the pre-arranged time. Check-out is strictly 10am on the day of departure. A £300 damages deposit is required before entering the property and paid directly to our management representatives.
