Full kitchen (with all necessities) and a full bath. This cottage was built in the 1800’s so there is no formal living room. The kitchen has seating but there is no separate living room sitting area. There is a large table on the patio for outside enjoyment. You will have own access to the house. I like to socialize with my guest, but also let them do their thing. I am available by phone or if you see us on the front porch of the main house, come join and chat. Quiet little neighborhood, and close to the downtown area. Within walking distance of the Hot Springs and the River. There is NO cable tv. The TV is a smart TV and you can streamline movies and such through your own subscriptions.
