The apartment has a traditional style with wood beam ceilings and furnished with antique furniture and fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven, clothes washer and dryer. Internet ADSL and Wi-Fi is available . From the living room and from the balconies there are splendid views of Monte Cucco, the hills of Gubbio, and the historic center of Sigillo. The apartment is located next to the city park, where in the summer time are held feasts, night dancing, and theater plays. At a distance of 3-4 Km from Sigillo are public open and covered swimming pools. Sigillo, on the ancient Roman road Flaminia (SSN 3) is conveniently situated for easy connections to the Medieval Umbrian cities of Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, and in the Marche region Urbino, Fabriano, and San Marino, all within 15 to 60 minutes. The beaches are located at a distance of about 60 minutes: Fano, Senigalia, Ancona, and Riccione. Discount for long stay " Guest access The guests have access to the whole apartment except for one of the bedrooms, which will remain closed to our guests. Other things to note Heating is available and included with the basic costs from October 15 to March 31 of the following year. Outside those period heating is not included and if required it will be an additional cost of 25 EUR per day. The apartment does not have Air Conditioning. Therefore, not included with the price. Internet and WiFi is available for stays longer than two weeks upon request or during periods when it is activated for a long term. There is also available Ethernet connection directly to the router. Internet service it is not guaranteed. Interruption of service can occur outside of the control of the owner. The electric supply is normally limited to 3 kw, therefore if both the clothes washers and the clothes dryer is used it may exceed the 3kw so the main circuit breaker may trip and it may have to be reset on the ground floor near the entrance door.
