The eclectic neighborhood features original cabins and fishing cottages to modern, newly built homes. It is nestled between a pine covered granite mountain on one side and the South Fork Stream on the other. 4 parking spaces in front of cabin but no parking out on road. In the winter with the snow banks parking can be limited to 2 to 3 cars. Public parking around the corner in Vivian Park. If you plan to park in the public parking space overnight you need to make arrangements with the park for that. You are an approximately 8 minute drive to Provo. No public transportation except for the Heber Creeper Train and the beautiful paved bike/hiking trail. Vivian Park where the cabin is located is an State Environmentally Protected Area. There is no dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook meals but many guests prefer to bring paper goods. Diapers, wipes, feminine products are not permitted in the toilets. Vivian Park is a subdivision begun in the 1940's. It is a tight knit community where neighbors watch out for each other. You will have neighbors so please comply with the noise curfew between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. We have Roku TV
