Kipling Suite A top floor 2 bedroom spacious suite with brand new decor and furnishings throughout. Modern, homely feel, with a bespoke wooden breakfast bar and 6 stools. The suite has a bathroom with a modern chrome shower over a shower bath enclosure with wash basin and toilet. There is also a brand new open plan kitchenette (with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster). This suite is suitable for families and groups of friends (up to 4 persons). The space Bedroom One Super king size comfortable bed (zip and link beds which can be easily transformed into 2 single beds) with 2 bedside tables and 2 wall reading lamps, free standing wardrobe and wooden shelving built into the alcove both of which are bespoke built in a rustic style to add to the overall warm feel. Bedroom Two Double bed, bespoke wooden shelving built and wardrobe built into 2 small alcoves for clothes storage, 2 bedside tables and 2 wall mounted reading lights. Lounge/Kitchenette/open living space There is brand new comfortable double sofa bed, bespoke designed coffee table and breakfast bar and the suite is fully fitted with high speed wifi, 40 inch flatscreen smart TV (including Netflix and BBC and ITV iplayer). All of the furnishings and decor are brand new and the Kipling suite has a modern, cosy, family feel. There are books in the suite. Other things to note We are in the MD parking zone and you would need a parking permit between 4.30 pm -6.30 pm, other times there are no restrictions. We provide the permits and they are £2.50 per ticket ( you would need 1 per day). Please let us know in advance if permits are required. Please note that this is on street parking and it is a case of finding a space anywhere along the road or the roads nearby.
