Private house with swimming pool in the Chianti 's countryside. Small and private house, surrounded by nature but with the comfort of proximity to the town center. We privilege the relaxation and privacy of our guests. The location is strategic to visit Florence and Siena but without the chaos of the city and especially in the hot summer time after a long day you can relax in the swimming pool and in front of a beautiful sunset! You will like my accommodation for privacy, location and views. The space Our country house is a perfect location for a family with children who decides to spend their holidays in Chianti: immersed in the countryside, but close to major cities such as Florence and Siena and Arezzo. Our house has a maximum of 3 beds with two rooms (1 double room and 1 single room), bathroom with shower, large living room with sofa bed (max 2 places) and kitchen. In front of the house, a private garden equipped with BBQ, chairs and tables. There is also a ping-pong table (shared with other guests) The beautiful stone swimming pool, shared with other guests, allows our guests to cool off during the hot summer days. A large space for relaxation guarantees our guests their privacy. Our house is located in a strategic position between Florence (southbound) and Siena. In 38 min (28.4 km) drive you will reach Florence city center with the Florence-Siena link and in 41 minutes the center of Siena (southbound). Along the way south, you will find Monteriggioni just 20 minutes. Greve in Chianti is 30 minutes away. Driving along the state road from Tavarnelle Val di Pesa to Badia a Passignano to Panzano and Radda Chianti, you can admire the suggestive hills of the Chianti Classico and stop in the numerous and famous wineries. The center of the village is 10 minutes walk from the house (850 meters). Florence and Siena can be reached by the "SITA" Line bus. The bus stop is about 800 meters. Guest access The house has a private space in front of the entrance. In addition guests can freely use all the space around, the gardens, with ping pong table (in common with other guests). All the green space and garden around is part of our home. Our garden with olive trees is a perfect to enjoy total relax. The swimming pool is shared with other guests. Other things to note During the check-in guests must be paid the city tax of EU 1.50 /per person per day for the first 7 days (not apply to children under 14 years of age).
