You can enjoy a river swim just 15km away and explore the villages along the Wine and Castles Route. Great for getting away from the daily routine! The space A bedroom with two double beds. Two double bedrooms. A bedroom with three bunk beds. A space with parquet flooring with 6 modular futons in armchair/bed for sleeping but also suitable for holistic disciplines. 2 bathrooms with toilet and an extra toilet. Living room, large kitchen, garden with ideal location for meals with the possibility of barbecue and relaxing on the hammocks in the shade of the very old linden trees. In the winter there is heating with heaters in all rooms except in the kitchen where there is a wood burning stove. Guest access Please note that to get here it is better to have a car, unfortunately the area is not well supplied with public transport! Other things to note Upon arrival, we ask for a deposit of 250 euros, which we will return to you at the end of your stay. Cleaning fees are not taken into account, if you want to use the cleaning service at the end of the stay there will be an additional €50 to pay otherwise the house must be left clean, you will find everything you need in the house☺️ In the town hall of Rocca Grimalda, we have door-to-door collection for the garbage, no bins in the street, the only bins you can find are those for glass, in the house you will find the different bins to differentiate paper, plastic and compost. Dry residual waste has a cost for us, which is why if this important rule is not applied, we will unfortunately have to ask you to take the bags or we will have to apply to each large bag of dry residual waste the cost at which we are charged, which is €15 😕 If we sort it properly, the amount of this waste will not be significant, in this case it will obviously not be charged. There is the possibility of using the barbecue, wood oven and field fire, we do NOT provide wood so you should bring what you need for the fire.🪵 There is the possibility of having small parties, but after a certain time you have to moderate the noise.
