It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. There is also the possibility of adding 2 single beds in the living room instead of the sofa bed or baby cot(s) upon request. It has it’s own kitchen and bathroom, all fully equipped for a comfort stay. There is a kitchen table for 4 people and an outdoor table of 4 at the back yard. It is has north orientation, with exit at the back yard. On the basement there is a shared washing machine. There is also a playroom – artspace on the basement of the building, in shared use with the other apartments! Guest access Guests will have access to all the spaces and facilities of the apartment, to the back yard and the garden, to BBQ facilities, to washing machine in shared use with the other apartments, to free outdoor parking. They will also have access to the playroom and gym located on the basement of the building.
