Quinta Valverde surrounded by nature&near the sea

Olá and welcome to the Quinta Valverde in Alfambras! Our holiday home "Quinta Valverde" (which means a small farm in the green valley) is at the foot of the national park "Costa Vicentina", embedded between pines, cork oaks and medronho trees and yet as an ideal, central starting point for wonderful excursions. The space The renovated Quinta with approx. 90 sqm - for 4 people, has a large, high-quality kitchen, an open, cozy living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In front of the living area there is direct access to the covered terrace, with seating. Our holiday guests will find a pergola with sun loungers in their own spacious garden. For our little guests we have a natural playground right next to the house or terrace. Guest access Furnishing: Kitchen: gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, ironing board with iron, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. Bathroom: sink, shower, towel radiator, hairdryer; Hand and bath towels Bedroom I: 1 double bed 160 cm x 200 cm Bedroom II: 2 twin single beds 80 cm x 180 cm or together as a double bed Living room: large dining table, two sofas, Sat-TV with German channels, DVD player as well as Internet with unlimited data volume (however, a constant fast connection cannot always be guaranteed!) For the colder and wetter months, a wood-burning stove is available in the living area, which is adjacent to the kitchen and a bedroom, which heats the house quickly and for a long time. In the rear bedroom there is an infrared heater with temperature control, which ensures a healthy sleeping climate. There is a towel radiator in the bathroom. Each room is also equipped with a dehumidifier. Dealing with a wood stove is necessary in winter! You can borrow - a beach shelter, parasols, bodyboards yoga mats, books, play stuff for kids... Other things to note Legal and Security Requirements: Guests must submit ID/passport details before or during check-in, in accordance with Portuguese law.
