The condo building will be doing some restoration construction as of Dec 2025. This will limit use of the balcony during this time.potentially in April 2026. The pool on property will be closed at of September, however access to pool at the the condo unit next door at Quiet waters are open to Waterview guests. We have adjusted rates for these inconveniences. Still nice view from-the unit and dock on the property to be enjoy the boat traffic and watch for dolphins.
