Located in the walkable Regent neighborhood, our clean, family-friendly 1,800SF 4-bedroom home is minutes from UW-Madison, Camp Randall (20 min. walk), and downtown. Enjoy nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and a neighborhood bar just 2 blocks away. We have a well-stocked chef’s kitchen and the covered front porch is perfect for relaxing. Off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Note: This is our primary home, shared with guests while we travel. No pets. The space MAIN FLOOR - Modern kitchen with custom quarter-sawn oak cabinetry, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove and dishwasher) and anything you could want to make a meal. A full assortment of spices is provided. - Dining room with seating for 6 - Living room with 50" Smart TV - Hardwood floors throughout UPPER LEVEL - Four small bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each, 2 bedrooms with 1 twin bed each) - Full bathroom with combination tub/shower. As this is a house from the 1920's, the bathroom is small. A second full bathroom can be found in the lower level. LOWER LEVEL - Family room with 55" Smart TV - Children's toys, books and board games - Full bathroom with shower (no tub) - Washer and dryer (detergent provided) OUTDOORS - The covered front porch is a guest favorite. It is equipped with comfortable patio lounge furniture and ambient string lighting - A gas grill along with a table and two chairs can be found on the back deck - The backyard has a level, grassy lawn Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Please respect our personal property and privacy. Other things to note Although we are close to campus, we live in a family neighborhood - NOT a student neighborhood. Guests must be respectful of our great neighbors. We are registered with the City of Madison as a legitimate tourist rooming house. Our permit number is ZTRHP1-2020-00040.
