You have the entire home to yourself. Two parking spots are provided on driveway and plenty of street parking available. Feel free to relax and watch TV on the large 65" smart flat screen 4K resolution. Wifi throughout the house too at 100+mb speed. The space My 3 Bedroom 2 Bath has been completely remodeled to make your stay the most comfortable and relaxing environment as possible. I take great pride in hosting and will try my best to accommodate your needs if you let me know before your arrival within a reasonable time frame. Each bed comes with two pillows, fitted sheet, flat sheet and comforter. Pillow cases, flat sheet and fitted sheet are guaranteed washed before your arrival. We also go the extra effort to provide a starter pack of amenities that include towels, soap, toilet paper for your stay and if you choose to use it all during your stay, there is a 7-11 walking distance for your convenience to purchase extra. Guest access The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and includes a coffee maker, toaster, hot water boiler, cooking pans, stainless steel microwave, oven and refrigerator with ice maker. I also have kitchen knives, cutting boards, silverware, plates, coffee mug and cups. Other things to note Pets of any kind are not permitted inside, No Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana (use outside patio only) or loud music or partying inside/outside the house for the consideration of future guests and neighbors after 10pm. For security purposes we use the Ring Cam and reference footage if needed during or after your stay if additional information is needed to resolve any matters. The Ring Cam(s) are located outside the unit only, and help to provide lighting at night and ensure that during your stay away from the unit, it may be monitored to prevent any potential intruders once alerted. The Ring Cam also helps the host identify you should you get locked out or need assistance outside the unit, we're able to confirm identity and provide a solution immediately. All Ring Cam(s) are in clear visible site. We do not monitor cams 24/7 ( there's better things to do than watch a screen all day and night lol) Under no circumstance will personal mail be accepted via USPS or access to our secured mailbox. You may have packages delivered by vendors such as 3rd party food and grocery delivery services or Amazon packages, however we are not responsible for lost packages.
