Beach house in Cala del Faro

The house, renovated in 2013 and refurbished a second time in 2016, is furnished in Sardinian style and is spread across two floors. The living area is on the ground floor and has an open kitchen in the living room with access to the porch and the straw pergola that offers a shaded area. Air conditioning is available in the 3 bedrooms. The house has a private garden from which you can access the private beach of the village equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and a lifeguard and security service of the village. The space The house has a wonderful location on the large beach. A security service at the entrance to the village monitors the access of all the people in the village. Just 5 km away is the center of Porto Cervo with its shops and restaurants. A private garden very close to the beach equipped with shower and sunbeds allows total privacy. Guest access The house has 7 beds in 3 bedrooms, and possibly a pouf that can become a single bed to be arranged in the living room. Other things to note I own 2 kayaks available to guests, who must return them to the private garden at the end of their stay. Garbage must be separated and thrown into the condominium's designated ecological area, especially before departure, as good manners dictate.
