The coach house has been converted into a modern two bedroom flat with a light and airy open plan living area. Situated in the village of Rossett, 6 miles from Chester and excellently placed for the North Wales countryside. The space It has it's own private entrance and is mainly situated on the first floor with french doors with views across the countryside. Our photo gallery shows pictures of each room. There is private parking. Two bedrooms, one king size and one twin, both bedroom have ensuite shower rooms. You open the front door to a spacious entrance room with hooks for coats, space for bikes and a bench where you can sit to remove your boots or shoes. Once upstairs you arrive in the open plan living area which is full of light and has views of the river. Guest access The modern kitchen is well equipped, the living room has two sofas and a 49" TV with surround sound, free WIFI. Spacious corridor with laundry area. Other things to note The flat is within grounds of 9 acres encompassing the river bank - from which you may fish - a large wild flower meadow field and the mill race and mill pond. Please feel free to explore. The accommodation has an open staircase so may not be suitable for young children or toddlers. I can put in a stair gate if requested.
