Cal Marsal ,located in Aitona, (LLEIDA). Comarca del Baix Segre, a quiet village dedicated to agriculture ,its very recognized high quality crops (nectarine, peach, platerina, umbrellas...) A spectacular flowering , all its fields are visited annually by a large number of tourists,explore its streets, taste its fruits,walk through its fields on foot and by bicycle, fishing in Utxesa, Mequinenza, due to our proximity, you can go from Catalonia to Aragon in a few kilometers The space In Cal Marsal you can enjoy two types of accommodation based on the capacity of guests that you need from an entire house with a terrace included or a new loft with high quality finishes or both iclusives if the number of guests need it. Both accommodations are spacious, clean, quiet in the heart of Aitona with all the necessary amenities, for a perfect rest, close to all the amenities you may need , (restrictive bars,banks, supermarkets, pharmacy,....... Both facilities are fully equipped, TV, music equipment, kitchenware, coffee maker , microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer refrigerator,towels, sheets , ..... upon request you can drop a baby bed without charge . New Loft Cal Marsal maximum capacity 4 people, has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower foot, living room dining room, private room, sofa bed in the living room , newly renovated with all high quality finishes. The Cal Marsal house, sleeps up to 8 people , consists of 3 floors , on the 1st floor is 1 large living room, a kitchen, a full sink with a bathtub, and a single room. The 2nd floor has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower. (all rooms have a lock ) On the 3rd floor you can enjoy a living-dining room with fireplace , covered terrace, overlooking the Church . Guest access At Cal Marsal's house, you can enjoy all its facilities , including the fireplace , so you can enjoy it as a family . Upon request, we can offer you routes, through the Segria region in Quadd for your enjoyment . Other things to note The location of the house is in the heart of Aitona, a quiet street, with neighbors in its surroundings, free public parking just a few meters away. Feel free to use all that Cal Marsal has to offer, for your convenience and enjoyment , (however clean and respectful of everything they use. We do not accept pets. Furmar is not allowed inside the house, there are areas suitable for furmar. No parties, events , drugs, or others that may damage their integrity. Do not throw away objects that can clog the toilet ,use the bathroom trash can. Be respectful of noises, special times at night and siesta have neighbors to their surround . For your safety, please close lights, doors , windows before departure. Do not park in the front door (only use in case of loading and unloading of luggage.)
