A pass through door between the units was installed to allow for a larger combined space for large families or larger groups of guests. Pass through door can be closed to separate the 1 bedroom apartment from the Main house if desired (napping babies, guests wanting privacy, etc). See individual listings for more detailed info. Other things to note This home does not have AC. There’s a large, whole house fan in a bedroom window that will bring the outside air in when on the ‘exhaust’ setting. This allows the house to become the same temperature as the overnight low temperatures. Each bedroom will have a ceiling fan, box fan, or both. Property owner will be residing in a separate dwelling on the same property.
