A 380 m2 4 bedroom stunning villa, light and airy, with a private pool and substantial garden area of 1500 m2 located in the heart of Oasis de Nazaret. The village is near the centre of the Island and the old capital of Teguise. The villa is at an elevation of approx 270 meters and south facing, thus offering beautiful views to the south across the island and out over the Atlantic Ocean. The villa consists of two buildings and sleeps 10 people. It is ideal for families or group of couples. The space The main house has two bedrooms with adjacent dressing areas with huge wardrobes and a shared bathroom, guest loo, a large living room leading out to the main terrace which over looks the pool below which is a salt water pool and is heated by solar panels, a sun/viewing room which makes an excellent place for gatherings, a dining area which leads to a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen in turn leads to a summer kitchen, where there is a sheltered dining area and a BBQ. The guest house is few steps away from the main building and consists of two ensuite bedrooms with independent access and has recently been completely refurbished. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. Beach/pool towels are provided too. There are large private, well maintained gardens. There is also a private, off street, parking for two cars.
