18th century house with a beautiful 900 m2 garden, in the village of Bouchemaine. On the ground floor: large living room with open kitchen and monumental fireplace, in the extension, room 1 king size bed, bathroom, 1 toilet. On the first floor: 4 bedrooms (including 3 double beds and a single bed), 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet Pets are not welcome. This is our main residence that we offer when we are away. It is therefore a house inhabited on a daily basis. The space It is a very nice house with lots of charm. Upon entering the house, you access the main room with open kitchen and living room, dining room. Very nice ceiling height with monumental fireplace and period cement tiles. Two contemporary extensions complete the ground floor, including a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, a desk area, 1 toilet for the first and a fully equipped kitchen for the second. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (Italian shower and bathtub) and 1 toilet. Guest access The house is beautifully located on the banks of the Maine and a few hundred meters from the Loire, in the middle of a UNESCO World Heritage area. All amenities are within walking distance: bakery, tobacco shop, post office, media library, guinguette, gourmet restaurant, canoe/kayak club... The house is along the Loire à Vélo circuit. Angers, Béhuard, La Pointe are just a few pedal strokes from the house! The garden is very pleasant and well-equipped (garden furniture, parasol, deckchair, hammock, swing, children's hut...). We have three hens, so you will have fresh eggs every morning!
