Stylish living right in the heart of Liverpool prestigious Marina, including free gated parking on site. The space A spacious bright and airy apartment with two large bedrooms, both with super-kingsize beds. En-suit with a bath/shower/toilet and there is another shower/toilet room just adjacent to the second bedroom. Amazing views of the marina and towards the city. Within walking distance to the city centre and all of Liverpool's major attractions, including the Albert Dock, Concert Arena, Exhibition Centre, Museums, Restaurants, Bars and Nightlife. Perfectly located within a stone’s throw from the trending Baltic Triangle. Guest access When you arrive, you will see gated private parking just to the left-hand side of the apartment block. You can park anywhere there is a free space. Also, there are normally free parking spaces in front of the apartment block (roadside), so you do have the option to leave your car there if you prefer. As long as you park up to the metal railing and not on the public footpath your car will be legally parked. It is only a 5 minute walk to the famous Brewery Village where you will find many bars, cafes & eateries. It takes approx. 15-20 mins to walk into the centre of the city. Other things to note The apartment is located within a quiet residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties or events. It is only fair to the other residents that I have a strict policy against loud music or noise. I am unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The apartment is dog friendly as I have 2 small dogs myself. Please know we do our absolute best to make sure the place is dog & human hair free, but I can-not promise that we will find every-one.
