Villa is adapted 2020. It is located on a property of 5500m2 with olive and fruit grove. Property is located in central Istria on edge of peaceful village Butkovići. It's the only 15 minutes drive from the city of Pula and nearest beaches. 3 bedroom Villa SAN is perfectly spacious for 8 guests with additional 2 sleeping spaces witch can be added in two larger rooms. Villa SAN is an ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday in a peaceful location in central Istria, but not too far from bigger tourist hot spots. All bedrooms have air conditioning and one air conditioning on the ground floor where is living and dining room. On each floor is one spacious bathroom.
