Patio and windows face lovely green space of royal palms and other trees, and offers privacy as it does not face any other buildings. The comfortable patio receives lots of Florida sunshine during the winter months. It is on the top floor of a 3 story building which allows for a nice relaxed view. Inside, we keep a simple clean ambiance which has been recently renovated.
