Adorable studio apartment located in the loft of a century-old barn in the heart of the hills of Goodlettsville. Located behind an 18th century farmhouse on a rural 25-acre farm, the barn is conveniently only 10 minutes from I-65 and, with no traffic, is a little over 30 minutes from Downtown Nashville. This quaint, secluded spot is the perfect jumping-off spot for your stay in Middle Tennessee! Please note that this is strictly a pet-free property. The space We have thoughtfully furnished this space with your comfort in mind. You have a king-size bed with an extremely comfortable memory foam mattress and a queen-size pull-out couch to accommodate extra guests in your group. You have a full kitchen with everything you'll need for home-cooked meals and a generously-sized refrigerator. The bathroom contains a standing shower as well as double sinks. Onsite, in-unit laundry is also provided for your convenience. Please note that no pets are allowed. Guest access You will have access to an entry way on the first floor of the barn as well as the entire second level. The property has ample parking for your group! Other things to note The barn is located about 100 yards behind our house and you will likely see us around. However, you will have complete privacy and are welcome to come and go whenever you please!
