Cozy and bright apartment in the heart of the resort with a beautiful view of the mountains The space We rent a nice 30 m2 F1 located in the heart of Les Saisies, Immeuble Isabella 1, Avenue des Jeux Olympiques (main avenue of the resort), 50 m from the slopes, ski schools and ski lifts. Sunny balcony with views of the slopes. A living room with kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave) and sleeping area, separate toilet, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with bunk beds + pull-out bed. Guest access Access to the "Espace Diamant" ski area = 192 km of alpine ski slopes. Nordic skiing or cross-country skiing. Winter and summer hiking. Snowmobile or dog sledding. Swimming pool, bowling alley, gym. Other things to note The cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can either decide to do it themselves or book a cleaning service with Emilie Conciergerie. Linens are not provided. Possibility to rent from Emilie Conciergerie. In the event of a check-in or check-out on a weekday (i.e. neither a Saturday nor a Sunday), a surcharge of 60 euros is to be added to the rental amount to cover the costs related to a concierge service for the collection of keys and the condition of the premises. This sum of 60 euros is to be paid directly to the concierge.
