Guest access You will have the entire flat to yourself from the time the key is handed to you till you check out. Other things to note 1. Any person that spends the night in the flat is considered a guest, please state the accurate number of guest while booking. 2 Guests Max (Each Extra guest is $7or N10,000/nit) It is An Orthopedic Mattress 2. Please SMOKING & EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the Apartment (Penalty N50,000) Events include parties/noisy gatherings. 3. 24hrs Electricity + Inverter& Generator (the inverter & Gen does not power the Acs you will use fan during gen time) 4. Check in before 2pm and Check out after 11am attracts 1500Naira (1Bedroom) & 3000Naira (2Bedroom) & 4000Naira for 3 Bedroom) /Hour Charge. Please notify us on time if you need early check in /late checkout 5. This is a home please use it as yours. kindly let us know of any damages e.g broken plates, glasses, faucets, spillage on the walls etc during your stay so it will be replaced/fixed. 6. Essentials (tissue &Soap) only on arrival day (stay extensions included). Towel change is free on request. PLS DO NOT put the towel on the floor (Penalty- you will pay for the towel) 7. Please Switch off all lights, Acs and water heater(s) (except the Refrigerator) any time you are leaving the Flat (to save energy) If we notice any of these are on the whole flat will be tripped off till you return. 8. Please drop only your trash at the entrance /veranda (not with the dustpan/dustbin) the cleaner will take it from there. 9. You can clean yourself or call for Cleaning btw 9:00am and 4pm (Mon - Sun). Please Change of sheets is ONCE per week, Change of sheet before the 7th day from your arrival date is N1000 each sheet 10. Laundry Services available for a fee. You can wash yourself, there is cloth line behind the building. 11. STAYING BEFORE/ WITHOUT PAYMENT is Prohibited. 12. Iron is provided on request.
