My house is located between two villages and easily accessible but also in the middle of nature with beautiful walks. It has a fantastic view of the garden and has lots of light. You will enjoy my place as it is modern, pleasant and cozy and quietly located. My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). Private parking is provided on the driveway. Located between Bruges and Ghent and close to the most beautiful painter's village St-M-Latem. The space In July and August, the room is available for 1 person. You have 1 spacious room with lots of light available with a large modern double bed and a single bed that you can also use as a sofa, a bathroom with double sink, bath and shower and a separate toilet. There is a table, Senseo, coffee, a kettle and tea provided. You can also have a drink or eat or read in the garden. My house is located 5 minutes from the beautiful painter's village of Sint-Martens-Latem. Between the Leie and the Schelde where very nice walks can be made. It is located 10 minutes from Ghent. Ghent can be reached by train or bus that stops a 5-minute walk away or also via the E40 highway. Also Bruges, the Venice of the North, is easily accessible in half an hour by highway. I can welcome you in 5 languages Dutch, French, English, German and Spanish. There is parking space for 2 cars on the driveway. Guest access If desired, access to the garden to eat or sunbathe. The kitchen is not included, but I can always help with something. A cooler can be provided in the room or access to a refrigerator. During your stay There is coffee, tea and a fridge. You are always welcome in the garden. Usually I'm not far away in case of an emergency. I have a car in case of emergencies and immediate connection to police and fire department via emergency center. During the day, the alarm is on in my private rooms. Other things to note In July and August the room is available for 2 persons. There are a lot of restaurants available with take away. There is posibility to eat take away in the room. Have also a nice stay in the large beautiful garden . It is a private modern open house for a quiet stay. It's not opportune for very young people to stay up after midnight and do stuff. Of course you can arrive after midnight whenever you want in respect for the sleeping people. Thx
