The space This apartment sleeps 4 people, with its double bedroom and sofa bed. It faces the gardens of Europe, a stone's throw from Lake Annecy. The bedroom has a 160x190 bed and the living room has a sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities for a good stay such as a Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, the toilet is independent. Linens will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towels. You can take advantage of the proximity to bars and restaurants after a nice day by the lake or in the mountains; you can get around without a car throughout your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk. Bike rental nearby (a great bike path goes all the way around the lake). The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is possible on the neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening) or at the paid and secure underground parking of the city hall (about €11 for 24 hours). Check-in is possible every day from 4pm until 10pm, independently thanks to a key box, instructions will be sent to you the day before your stay by email. If the place is available earlier we will be happy to host you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the same day. In the same way on the day of your checkout, a late checkout will be allowed if the accommodation is not resumed the same evening. On the morning of your departure, please remember to put the clean dishes back in the cabinets, put your bed linen and toilet on the floor and empty your garbage in the room under the staircase of the main entrance.
