We are exempt from accepting service or emotional support animals. ✔ Draft horses graze on the adjacent farm property (ask us about their location). ✔ Shared backyard is available, but it is not fully fenced. ✔ No smoking or vaping of any kind near open doors and windows. A $500 fine will be imposed. ✔ No parties or events are permitted. Contact the Innkeeper for monthly rates and special arrangements PRIOR to booking. ✔ Unregistered guests or vehicles are not allowed without prior approval from Innkeeper. ✔ Parking should be in designated areas only. No camping. ✔ Large vehicle parking, such as boats and trailers, should be discussed with us prior to your arrival. We'll be prepared! ✔ Do not tamper with the internet router. ✔ Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. ✔ A minimum charge of $100 will apply for any unreported damage, including linens. Please inform us if something is broken or stained! ✔ Use dark makeup towels for makeup and hair dye to avoid staining white towels. ✔ No glitter products are allowed in the hot tub. ✔ Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. Please close all windows and doors upon departure. In summer, set the AC to 82°F; in winter, lower the furnace to 62°F.
