Delightful room in Friuli

Set in the heart of South Friuli, amid vineyards, the modern accommodation features a green setting with animals (chickens, rabbits, dog) freely roaming in the park. The room comes with a full spacious bathroom en-suite for your privacy. The space The country house, Villa Max, is very recently renovated: the room is located at one end of the house thus making it more private and away from the family area. Through large French doors, the room looks out over the park-like setting giving you a nice feeling of space and light. The park (12,000 square metres) is set out in lawns and orchards, as well as the vegetable garden. Ancient mulberry trees dot the park, with freely roaming chickens and rabbits. Guest access In addition to their room with its en-suite bathroom, the guests have access to the sitting room area in the centre of the house and the whole garden area. Tea and coffee-making facilities are available in the family kitchen. During your stay Your host, Max, is bilingual (English and Italian) and well-travelled: he will be happy to help you feel comfortable. Advice on near-by places to visit can be provided, as well as suggestions on local wines and foods. Either continental or full-English breakfast is available on request for an extra fee. Other things to note Villa Max provides an authentic country experience and will suit patrons seeking a mini farm environment, in easy driving range of the "autostrada". It must be noted that the house features photovoltaic cells for electricity, solar panels for hot water, and a thermal fireplace: it is therefore partially self-sustaining from an energy point of view.
