Casa Felice is one of two adjecent houses. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms, all the furniture in the house is in English oak. The open living room with well equiped kitchen, dining table and lounge sees out on the terrace by wide glass doors. The big terrace is ideal for eating in open air. The view is astonishing: the pool, the wine and olive fields, the medieval , the mountains carving the horizon. The large pool is child friendly. We treat the water with salt. Shadow under the pergola. The space The house offers 6 sleeping places in three bedrooms for 6 adults. There are two extra folding beds and a cot provided. A high chair is also available. All rooms have fans and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge with freezer. All bath, bed and kitchen linen is included. There are sun loungers and parasols, and the swimming pool and pergola with garden lounges provide shade for those looking for some cooling down. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal, laundry room included. The garden and swimming pool is very spacefull and are shared with guests from the adjacent house. The terrace is child-friendly. The garage and the driveway to the garage is easy accessible. The domain is fenced so that no one has unsolicited access or the children can get lost. The entire garden is accessible. In the garage there are children's toys for in the pool or the sea and a barbecue is available. Other things to note The final cleaning has to be paid at the end of your stay to the cleaning lady €75.
