Entire house 8/10 people - private pool

Located in a small village 15 minutes from the center of Clermont-Ferrand, this bright house consists, on the ground floor, of a bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom, toilet, open room with kitchen, living room (fireplace), dining room, laundry room. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with queen size bed and sofa bed, the other with double sofa bed and mezzanine bed. A mezzanine can accommodate two more people in a queen size sofa bed. The space In the garden you will find a terrace area with the pool and a garden table (6-8 people, possibility of adding a table if needed) under shelter (with a gas plancha). Outdoor toilets and a solar shower are also available. The garden consists of another part with lawn, vegetable garden (fruits/vegetables depending on the season) with a hammock to nap under the trees. Guest access The entire house is available, only the garage is inaccessible. Other things to note There is no barrier around the pool, so be careful of young children who cannot swim! Portable air conditioners are available in case of extreme heat.
