Lovely independant stone-house

A lovely stone house with local character surrounded by a large wooded garden (classified by the county tourist office) with every comfort for your stay in Northern Brittany, close to Paimpol and the sea (8 kms) . The kitchen is small but completely fitted. there is a large washing machine. sheets, etc are furnished and you will find your bed ready when you arrive. You only need to take towels for the beach. There is a parking place for your car, a bbq and everything needed to relax in the garden. You will find several fine sand beaches close nearby (Plouha,Brehec, Paimpol) (7 to 10 kms) and a 18-course golf just next door. Also a riding club at Plouha (8 kms). No tv , but wifi. In case of ugly weather I will be pleased to lend you some books. Also there is a good public library in Paimpol. In Tremeven there is a place for kayaking and also a climbing wall. No shops - only a small cafe - but you will find anything you need in Lanvollon (7kms) or Paimpol (10 kms). If you arrive late in the evening or on sunday I can afford what you need for breakfast, just tell me what you need. During the summer, there are many festivals all around (music,as well classic as popular, animations for children etc), just ask me for information. The house has a closed door bedroom for 2 with two single beds. Modern bath room, independent toilets and open kitchen. The garden is fitted with outdoor equipments (table-tennis, badmington, swings for kids) and a small pound with live-fish ! In nearby Paimpol, you may go for a tour in boat and trek along the splendid "sentier des douaniers" all along the coast. The owner is living nearby (courtyard shared) and will be at disposal to help you for your tours and best spots to visit : beautiful island Brehat, the "cote de granit rose" one of the most beautiful coasts of Europe, the charming port of Paimpol, old villages, castles, chapels.. and many other treasures nearby. The owner's cats, hen and fishes welcome children as well as (small) pets ! Guest access Travelers have full access to the entire cottage (detached house) and the two adjoining terraces, as well as the parking space in front of the house. The courtyard and the garden are shared, along with the space for drying laundry (clotheslines and drying racks behind the cottage). The chalet is currently under repair, but travelers can use the lounge chairs and the ping pong table located nearby (please ask for the paddles). Other things to note The photo represents the owner's house, not the cottage, which is also a small stone house located right next to it. It appears that I cannot modify the photo. The cottage has a similar character and is equally charming.
