The space The house is located in a small hamlet on a sunny south slope at 700m elevation. The 2,000 square meter private yard wraps around the house and offers wide views across the valley. The 19th century building has a high monumental status featuring many typical architectural details. The house has three levels. The upper level has a 70 square meter open floor plan with a connected living and dining/kitchen area. From here you will access the backyard. The middle level features 2 bedrooms (queen size beds) with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a wash room. The lower level has one bedroom (queen size bed) with en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower and 2 single beds in the vaulted basement passage way (with window). All bathrooms have a rain shower, a toilet and a vanity sink. Other things to note Though there is a bus stop not far from the house, the timetable is very infrequent.
