Located 3 blocks from center of Alpine. 3 Private, lockable rooms available, each with shower, toilet, sink and amenities. Each room is separately listed. Common entrance room and small full kitchen area shared by guests. Kids welcome and pets with leashes or crates. Ample parking. Fire pit and patio available. Host and family live in building. The space This room has a large window overlooking the spacious back yard. Guest access Guests have access to ample free parking in front of the building, the entrance/common area room and the kitchen. They also have access to the patio and fire pit in the back yard. Other things to note We know our guests will be cooperative and friendly with the guests staying in other rooms. Last one up turns off the lights in the common area.
