Modern and Cozy Queen bedroom with private bath

We are doing everything we can, to ensure safe & sanitary conditions. You will have a cozy private queen bedroom w/private bath. Great for a solo traveler, or for a couple. The 11 x 16 bedroom w/a cabinet to hold your belongs, a luggage rack, floor heater, 32 inch TV (with cable/HULU/Netflex options), alarm clock, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ceiling fan, air filter, floor fan & utensils for 2. Your bedroom is on the 1st floor. Newly renovated pool and backyard are available to use! The space We have a 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home, that is approx. 2900 sq ft. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom downstairs, so that you have the maximum privacy. The bedroom is self sufficient and is equipped with: a cabinet to hold your belongs, a luggage rack, a 32 inch TV (with cable, HULU and Netflex options), alarm clock, charging station, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ceiling fan, standing fan, air filter, Kuerig, and utensils for 2. The heated swimming pool/backyard is newly remodeled and available for use! The bathroom is located right next door to the bedroom. We only offer one room in our home via Airbnb, so you will not be sharing the home with anyone else but us. You may use the BBQ and backyard patio as you wish. Smoking is only allowed in the backyard. We have a cat, Jade, so no other pets can be allowed. If you are allergic to cats, this may not be the home for you. No additional guests are allowed in the home/bkyard - they must be a guest on the RSVP. Otherwise, we may have the right to cancel. Thanks in advance! Guest access You have access to use the laundry facilities, or kitchen, if needed. Just let us know in advance! The heated swimming pool is available year round (it is approx. 70 degrees in the Winter.) The backyard is yours to use at any time! There is an outdoor BBQ you can use, as well. We have tried to make the room self-sufficient for you, but if you need to do some light cooking or need the kitchen for a specific reason, just let me know and I'd be happy to accommodate you. During your stay Since we are in the same home we will probably be seeing some of each other; however, we will follow your lead with regard to interaction. We value our guests and will do our best to accommodate any special requests that would make your stay more enjoyable. We are always available by phone or text! Other things to note We have the RING doorbell (camera) for security at the front door. We also have a camera on the back patio, and an ADT security system, for safety. Home is about 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 20 minutes from ASU, 25-30 minutes from Scottsdale. The Arizona Cardinal Stadium is about 45 minutes away. There are a few fast food places nearby and a Walmart & Starbucks is about 1 mile away. No unregistered guests are allowed in the home. Pool under construction until Oct 2022
