The space Entire property. This country house is an exquisite Italian style farmhouse in Panicale, in a very attractive and peaceful location, high up on a hill with great panoramic views. The house is also immersed in a lush green area of 50000 square meters with about 200 organic olive trees. Guest access This beautiful stone farmhouse features a two story layout with a total floor space of 150 square meters. Recently restored using recycled materials paying special care and attention to all the details, while still retaining its rustic charm. The ground floor is bright and spacious featuring a master bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with fireplace. During summer time you can also enjoy the summer relaxing under the cozy and lovely portico or cook pizzas or bake in the wood fired oven. Upstairs, the first floor features the sleeping area with three bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor is connected both with an internal stair and an external stair. From up here you can enjoy spectacular views as the olive groves and fields chase the valley up to the Pietrafitta lake. All the rooms present painted wood beams and white painted walls that give the house a great bright and clean feeling. As we are definitely located off the beaten track, we strongly recommend to print our driving instructions ( that we'll send you by email) and bring them with you on your way to the house. Terrein is a little rough but easily done with any car. I personally have a normal Volkswagen Polo and never had problems to reach the house. Please DO NOT search for the address in your GPS navigation device, as it will lead you in the wrong direction. Instead, type “Colle San Paolo (Panicale)” and then follow the instructions.
