Your room is modern and quiet, has a double bed, chest of drawers, a small sitting area and TV. Bright, modern, private shower room with sink and toilet. Sole use of a compact kitchenette: small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, electric casserole, various utensils, cutlery & crockery. No cooker or oven available. Use of Air-fryer on request. Shared washing machine. Tea & coffee provided. Private car parking. Workstation for long-stay guests if requested. Garden access. The space Our house is located in the village of Loanhead, in an attractive residential development with a woodland outlook. On average 35 minutes by bus from Edinburgh city centre with all the tourist attractions. You are also ideally located for exploring the Lothians and the Borders. Further features include: • short walk, drive or bus trip to the historic Roslin Chapel and Roslin Glen • regular bus service to Edinburgh (24 Hr) and Musselburgh on the coast • close to the Pentland Hills with excellent walking, and dry ski slope • use of patio and garden seating areas • Wifi Guest access Private entrance to small kitchenette, bedroom and shower room. During your stay We are a retired couple, on hand, if needed, to help you with any requests or questions. We are happy to recommend local eating places, shopping, attractions to visit in Edinburgh, and day trips further afield. We have a selection of tourist information guides to help you decide how to get the most out of your visit. Other things to note Towels provided, and laundered regularly. No children please. We have a small friendly dog who likes to occasionally interact with the guests, if permitted.
