Comfy home in leafy close nr town centre & station

We live in a quiet leafy close within 7 minutes (walk) to the station - 45 mins to London, 15 mins to Brighton and 10 mins to Gatwick. The town centre is 10 minute walk where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and great pubs all serving great food. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside and villages to enjoy wonderful walks on the South Downs. I must emphasise however that my room is suitable for only one Female , who is here on business or attending a course or similar. The space We offer warm cosy room, with double bed, desk to work, t.v, kettle tea and coffee and private shower room. Guests are welcome to use our kitchen to make drinks and cook. Also offer breakfast of cereal and toast in dining room.
