Tranquil and enchanting get away located on 35 forested and meadowed acres with a creek and breathtaking waterfall. You can hear the ocean from the property and walking trails afford an ocean view. Individual suites are taylored for privacy, but still have access to all the common areas and ammenities. We serve a hearty breakfast each morning, with locally sourced fresh ingredients. The Redwood Suite is a beautiful retreat with a spa bath. You can add an all you can eat farm style breakfast. The space This is an amazing suite perfect for a romantic getaway! This suite is very private and quiet on the west wing of the lodge and is the only suite on this wing. It is located off of our main great room with super easy access to our large gas fireplace and sitting area. This room also is close to the large hot tub for late night soaks. The spa bath has an AMAZING soaking tub and a walk in double full body massaging shower with double rain showers. Guests always get to enjoy all of the lodge's amenities. There is a queen pull out couch and extra bedding if needed. A tasteful cabinet houses a mini fridge, microwave, coffee station and wine glasses/ice bucket. There is a table and chairs and a TV with cable for your enjoyment. A private small deck has access from a sliding door with a bistro table and chairs overlooking our front lawn and orchard. The deer typically are always in the front lawn area and guest enjoy watching them. Our deer have no fear of humans and approach guests within feet. We serve a huge country hearty breakfast each morning that you can add to your stay. Guest access All guests at Taylor Creek Lodge have full access to our gym, sauna, hot tubs, decks, picnic areas, walking trails, western bar/kitchen/game room, guest laundry, 2 great rooms, 2 dining areas and parking. There are lots of fun things to do right here at the lodge. Trampoline, climbing ropes, slack line, nightly bonfire with s'mores, gold panning station with supplies to borrow or purchase, botchie balls, horseshoes, lots of board games, pool table, air hockey, gaming console, kitchen garden with a green house. There is a chicken house with a group of "working girls" you can help gather eggs or feed them if you like. There are also horses on the property. We also have a leash free pet area and 2 covered dog kennels for guest use. During your stay Hosts Dale and Rachel live on site but not in the Lodge. We are available for local recommendations for things to do or restaurants to visit. We are pretty social, but if you just want to keep to yourselves, that's okay we understand that's what you need, just give us a heads up. Other things to note If you want to add breakfast, its available for purchase. We always serve all you can eat, coffee, teas, juices, yogurts, pastries, fruits, a main dish, egg dish and bacon or sausage. If you need special dietary consideration, just let us know; vegan, vegetarian, allergy can be accommodated. No pets in the redwood suite
