Enjoy Waco in our rustic decor style home we created using pallets. We are located 15 minutes to anywhere in Waco and a short walk to the Extraco Events Center and fairgrounds. We are child and small dog (with permission) friendly. An additional $50 cleaning fee for dogs of any kind is to be paid prior to checkout. The backyard is fully fenced. There is to be no smoking inside the house. Smoking of any kind inside the home results in a $300 charge The space Our place is comfort cozy with a rustic atmosphere. We have basic kitchen appliances, coffee maker and coffee/tea/creamer/sugar, iron and iron board, and basic cookware and dishes. It is comfortably cooled with window units in each room. Please do a walk-through of the property and home within one hour of your arrival and contact us with any suggestions, complaints, etc. You will not be refunded if you wait to bring issues to our attention. We understand many things happen within the stay of our guests that will need to be addressed and those extenuating circumstances will be taken in to account and handled immediately. Guest access Our guests have full house access. Other things to note We are a hands off host but respond quickly to text. There is parking room for one car in the driveway and two more in back of house. Again, we want you to be aware that the way this house is designed, it is NOT suitable for crawling babies/children. Please refer to the description above. This house is cooled with AC units in each room and it is heated with electric space heaters in each room.
