Beautiful barn near the sea. Welcombe, Devon.

Little Barn is close to an amazingly beautiful beach in a very quiet and stunning part of the world just on the border between North Devon and Cornwall. There is excellent walking along the South West coast path straight out of the back door as well as picturesque valleys, hills and woods away from the sea. There is a wonderful local pub within walking distance serving good food. Great for families, surfers, swimmers, walkers, couples, anyone wanting a rural escape. The space The house is well kitted out with dishwasher, oven, halogen hob, washing machine and tumble dryer. All bedding and bath towels are provided, but not beach towels. You can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sunshine; we have garden furniture if you want to eat outside as well as comfy, foldaway chairs for lounging. There is a large fire bowl for barbecues and toasting marshmallows. We are in the small village of Mead on a very quiet road with maybe 10 or 12 properties in the hamlet. As it is in quite a remote spot, you need a car to get to us and there is parking at the property. For those who want to stay connected, we have unlimited fibre broadband Wi Fi and a television with all the Freeview channels. There is also a bluetooth speaker to connect to computers, phones and i-pods. There is a good library of books which we have accumulated over the years, a file with lots of local info and suggested walks. There is local art and photography on the walls and quite a lot of board and card games for you to use.
