La Quercia is an All-Suites barn from the early 19th century, renovated in March 2019. The property is located in a large private park on a plateau with views of the Bolognese hills. Breakfast is served. Please note that this listing is for 2 suites on the same floor that are nearly identical (the only difference is the sofa). If you book, one of the two suites will be assigned to you. A large seasonal swimming pool with hot tub is available. The space All six suites of the Villa are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a security door with key access. Each suite can accommodate up to 3 guests plus 1 child (0–3 years old) in a cot, available on request and subject to availability. We have three Deluxe Triple Rooms — numbers 1, 2, and 4.
