The whole upstairs efficiency apartment is yours to use. No one else resides at the residence or downstairs. Space is not suitable for children. The kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove for preparing meals on site. The kitchen is available for guests to use cups, glasses, flatware, daily plates, either paper or glass, pots and pans, and microwave etc. There is no dishwasher. Cereal, oatmeal, or grits that you prepare on site, are provided for breakfast. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and condiments supplied. King size pillow top bed in the bedroom. Guests have access to the entire upper level of the carriage house. You will need to ascend stairs to get to the apartment. Complimentary unlimited WiFi on the property.
