Grocery store/ newsagent less than two minutes walk The space The living room, kitchen, and the agreed number of bedrooms will be exclusively yours during your stay. There are lovely well maintained gardens with a number of different sitting / patio areas where you can enjoy the tranquil outside space. Patio and outside dining furniture together with large garden hammock . Fire pit and BBQ at your disposal Guest access There is a super king, and two double beds available but the number of bedrooms will need to be agreed at the time of booking. Newly fitted Scandinavian style kitchen installed November 2022, complete with floor to ceiling fridges and separate floor to ceiling freezer.Large screen TV in kitchen Lounge complete with log burning stove . Sky TV Other things to note Water sport enthusiasts may wish to use several body boards/ wetsuits available. Bedding and hand towels, and essentials such as toilet roll/dishwasher tabs. The house is offered on a self catering basis although you are welcome to use tea/ coffee etc. Note re towels- bath and beach towels are not provided Like most areas, recycling of waste is part of day to day life. Could all guests please follow recycling instructions. I have an gardener who cuts the lawns when required. Guests will occasionally see him.
