The space The house - which is of traditional architecture - is located on a 2-acre field, on a hill with a magical view of Mpatsi town and the Aegean bay. On the first floor with the main entrance, there is a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, espresso and coffee maker, boiler), a very comfortable dining space for 6 people, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower. Indoor stairs lead to the lower floor which is on the pool level. There you will find two spacious bedrooms with immediate access to the pool. The large balcony, which is united with the first floor and is connected by outside stairs with the pool, is sheltered and protected from the wind. There, you will find a stone-built table and stone benches, bbq, and a wonderful spot for outdoor meals! The area around the large pool is made of traditional stones and is unique for relaxing and hangout out at any time of the day. Near the pool are also stone benches and a shower. The location of the house provides privacy and a wonderful view, and is close to many great spots, such as shops, beaches, restaurants, and night life! This makes it perfect for families, couples, and also friend groups. Visitors have at their disposal the whole house and its outdoor spaces. Guest access Daily ferry routes connect the island with Rafina Port, as well as with other Cycladic islands. Access to the house is easy via the main roads except for the last 300 meters, which is an accessible via a country road. If you like, we can also arrange for transportation from the port for you and your family/friends when you arrive. Other things to note On the pool level, there is a guest house with a completely separate entrance, which may sometimes be used by members of our family.
