Oak House Shepherds Hut

Welcome to Oak House Shepherd's hut, a beautiful retreat in the New Forest and 5 minutes from the gorgeous seaside town of Lymington. The moment you drive through the large oak gates you know you are somewhere special. The hut is set in 10 acres of land and sits alongside the beautiful Oak House. Only 25 minutes from Bournemouth & Christchurch, 35 minutes from Southampton. Escape from everything and experience something special. The space The shepherds hut is a brand new addition to the Oak House estate, a beautifully designed space where guests can relax with views over the fields and enjoy a private hot tub. Free parking is available on site just outside the shepherds hut. Should you wish to indulge, we have close links to a local catering company called The Super Brothers Catering. They offer delicious meals and can deliver to Oak House. Oak House can also offer a Annexe with hot tub for ten people which can sleep six all on Airbnb. https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/42776064 Please note that friendly dogs live on site. Yoga and Pilate classes are held during most weeks in the main house and studio, sometimes outside in very good weather. Guest access Car parking space outside the hut. Use of grounds surrounding hut and walk down to river. Please note that there is yoga on site and clients will occasionally be seen in a different property, but near the hut. Other things to note The shepherds hut can sleep 4, with one small double bed and a bunk bed. The top bunk is most suited to children or small adults weighing 10 stone or less. The hut comes with all the bedding you need for the 3 beds. So that guests can enjoy the comfortable seating, the bed linen is left off and under the seats ready for guests to pull out. When you depart please help us by: • Opening all windows (weather permitting) 30 minutes before you leave • Strip all bed linen • Please follow the written guidance on the laminated sheet for rubbish clearance and disposal
