Newly refurbished Loft Suite within historic home

The "Loft Suite" has been brand newly refurbished to a high specification, whilst retaining the historical features of this 300 year old house. It occupies the entire top floor, comprising a bedroom with private shower room, split by a landing area with tea & coffee making facilities including a Nespresso machine & fridge. The house is located on a quiet street in the village of South Cerney near Cirencester, providing a perfect base for the Water Park or to explore the wider Cotswolds area. The space The Loft Suite lies within the historical front section of the house within the original roof eaves, with characterful exposed wooden beams on each side. You share the front door, entrance hall and staircase with our family but the top floor is entirely for guests. The bedroom has a comfy double bed with high quality bed linen that is always 100% cotton and extra blankets and pillows are provided. There is a rattan chair within the bedroom to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or read a book, or feel free to use the table and chairs in the front garden, ideal for an evening drink watching the sun go down. We provide guide books and walking maps that can be borrowed for days out and can provide recommendations of things to do or places to eat out. We are unable to provide an option for meals within the house, but there are plenty of brilliant places to eat to suit all budgets within easy reach of the village. We also provide a mini fridge that’s big enough for a bottle of wine or two & to store a few items for breakfast or picnics, although we respectfully ask guests not to eat takeaways in their rooms. There is free parking on the street directly outside the house. Guest access You have access to the entrance hall, staircase & the entire top floor, as well as a table & chair set in the front garden. During your stay We will meet you on arrival to show you into the house and will be happy to help with information about the local area. We work from home so we are generally around during the day, or can be contacted easily by phone.
